One persons feelings are theirs... They cannot be shared...But they CAN share similar ones.

The universe is made of the same atoms as the human body.
After thinking that over several times...you really shouldn't feel small in the universe but a larger part of it. You should feel like you aren't a spec on the world but a intricate part of the universe as a whole. I know I do.
If your heart is hurting from an emotional wound... It is your fault. You allowed someone the power to hurt it.
If you feel small and insignificant remember that there are others smaller and less insignificant than you.
And finally... NO ONE is insignificant! But you can BE small...you just don't have to FEEL small.
